A further exploration of the idea of potential motion. Apart from contrasting colors and textures, I introduced a new conflict: that between organic plant-like forms and “spills” induced by the impartial physical law of gravity.

This work is an attempt to create a three-dimensional space charged with potential motion. Contrasting mediums, textures and colors are selected to create an underlying sense of contained movement, frozen in time yet very real.

Here I wanted to explore the idea of “directionality” in my art beyond lines. The circles are barely connected and themselves are inert, yet together they create an example of a directed motion.
